1. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice, as there may be additional charges, unless rescheduling has been discussed.
2. Returns/Refund – If we have supplied equipment that is faulty or damaged, please contact us for a replacement or refund. We only issue a refund where the product is unable to be repaired/replaced and this must be done within 30 days. If you change your mind about a product then we don’t offer cash refunds so please be sure on the equipment you purchase beforehand.
3. Our product warranty only applies to items we have supplied. If you have supplied your own equipment then you will only receive warranty on the installation itself. If you have supplied a product that is faulty, we will always advise contacting the retailer first.
4. For London installations – If you live within the congestion charge area, please note you will be liable for this cost.
5. Parking – If there are any parking restrictions then you must contact us to let us know ASAP.
6. Parking – If you live in a property with private parking, please ensure you contact us for our vehicle details to allocate parking for us. Any PCN charges we receive due to failure of allocation will be charged to the customer.
7. Any product that we have supplied will also come with a warranty of 1 year.
