How much warranty comes with your work?
All of our installations come with 1 years warranty and any product that we have supplied will also come with warranty of between 1 years. This entirely depends on the product itself, but we will inform you of this when giving you a quote how much warranty you will receive.
Does the warranty apply to everything?
If you have purchased your equipment prior to us coming to you and only require an installation, then ONLY the installation job will be issued with warranty, if you have an issue with the product itself, then you would have to contact the supplier. Of course, we are more than happy to discuss this with you if you are unsure on who you need to contact..
I have tried to fix an issue myself, will the warranty still apply??
This all depends on what has happened. If an issue has been made worse by attempting to fix an issue yourself, then the warranty will be voided and there will be a charge, this is usually a call out fee and an hourly fee. It is not safe to attempt to fix a problem yourself and we would highly recommend getting in touch first.
